Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all concepts, methodologies, frameworks, observations, reports, drawings, documentation, intellectual property and original work produced by ONFRM remain the property of ONFRM until all agreed payments have been received in full. Copyright remains with ONFRM unless expressly assigned in writing.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely decisions, approvals and reasonable cooperation necessary for the successful progression of the project.
Estimated timescales are provided in good faith but may be affected by client delays, planning requirements, third-party suppliers, manufacturing lead times, delivery services or circumstances beyond ONFRM’s reasonable control.
Where ONFRM coordinates third-party suppliers or contractors, ONFRM acts as the client’s representative and coordinator unless otherwise agreed in writing. ONFRM shall not be liable for delays, defects or failures arising solely from third-party suppliers, manufacturers or contractors.

TERMS & CONDITIONSDue to the bespoke, strategic and intellectual nature of ONFRM’s services, payments made towards consultations, Commercial Environment Appraisals™, Commercial Environment Briefs™, Commercial Environment Blueprints™, strategic advisory services or project preparation are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Fees relating to completed stages remain payable regardless of whether the client elects to proceed to subsequent stages.
Physical production orders, supplier purchases, fabricated items, signage, bespoke furniture, printed materials or other custom-manufactured products become non-refundable once written approval has been received and production has commenced.
Projects may be invoiced using staged payment schedules, as detailed within the relevant proposal or agreement. Subsequent stages will not commence until preceding invoices have been settled, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving all specifications, drawings, quotations, production information and deliverables before manufacture, procurement or implementation proceeds.
Where defects, damage or manufacturing issues arise from third-party suppliers, ONFRM will assist the client in seeking an appropriate resolution; however, any refund or replacement remains subject to the supplier’s own terms and conditions.
ONFRM reserves the right to suspend or terminate services where payments, approvals, requested information or communication become unreasonably delayed.
Invoices not paid by the stated due date may incur statutory interest and reasonable recovery costs in accordance with applicable legislation. ONFRM also reserves the right to suspend ongoing work until outstanding balances have been settled.
